Your First Visit
When it comes to the very first visit, our dental practice does things a little differently. We actually have two amazing team members, Abby and Dovie, who specifically focus on helping brand-new patients feel warmly welcomed and right at home. From the first call to the appointment itself to any planning of future treatment, they’ll be along for the ride and working diligently to make the experience truly amazing. We hope this is the beginning of a long-lasting relationship!
Patient Forms
Instead of having to wait until you’re physically sitting in our office to start filling in all of the necessary paperwork, our new patients can get a big headstart by completing them here online! This process can happen whenever you have the free time before your first scheduled appointment, and we’ll be able to start your visit much faster if we have all of your information filed away before you even step through the front door.

Using Your Dental Insurance
We want to focus on providing the best possible care for each patient, and we do not want insurance standards to dictate the type of service we provide. Because of that, we are a fee-for-service practice, and we do not participate in any insurance networks. However, you are still welcome to use your PPO benefits in our practice. We will carefully file claims on your behalf, and you can expect to enjoy many of the same benefits that you would receive at in-network practices.

Smile Network Dental Savings Plan
If you do not currently have dental insurance coverage, our Smile Network Dental Savings Plan is an excellent alternative! It works like insurance, but there’s no deductible, no maximums, and no excluded services to worry about. Patients simply pay a yearly fee and receive affordable bi-annual cleanings, exams, x-rays, and more. Total savings per year can be as much as $300!
