History of Excellence
Our practice was first established by Dr. Richard Crovatto in 1983, who was Dr. Steven Crovatto’s father. Our older patients surely remember Dr. Crovatto’s compassion, kind chairside manner, and excellent sense of humor. Over 30 years later, every member of our team continues to honor his legacy by holding their work to the highest standards possible. We look forward to serving the Orange Park community well into the future!

We’re in-network with several major providers and can file claims on our patients’ behalf for many more plans. We will also be sure to let you know the most accurate estimates possible on what will be covered and what you can expect to pay out of pocket before any actual treatment begins.
In-House Dental Savings Plan
No dental insurance? That shouldn’t have to hold you and your loved ones back from receiving important oral healthcare. Here in Orange Park, our practice has an amazing alternative – the Smile Network membership program. For a simple yearly fee, those covered receive affordable checkups and cleanings, all of the necessary X-rays, fluoride treatments, and a 15% discount on all other treatment. It works just like a typical insurance plan, only without all of the headaches, confusing jargon, and tedious claims.
CareCredit Financing
We enjoy being able to offer our patients as many options as possible for making their dental care financially stress-free, even when undergoing extensive treatment plans. If you’d like to break down your overall cost into more affordable sections, financing is available through CareCredit. Several plan lengths are available, all of which have little or even NO interest attached to them.
